With September getting closer, our final two weeks of camp are a lovely way to gently ease children back into routine before school begins.

For children starting school, moving into a new year group or simply finding the long summer break a little unsettling, camp gives them a chance to reconnect with routine, independence, friendships and the school environment — while still feeling like summer. 💛

And for parents, it gives you something just as valuable… time.

Time to sort uniforms, school shoes, bags and everything September brings — or simply have a few hours to yourself before the school routine starts again.

With the new school year just around the corner, now is the perfect time to introduce a new routine — before September arrives.

After weeks of later nights, holidays and less structure, returning to school can be a big adjustment for children.

Starting Evolve now gives them time to settle in, make friends and begin rebuilding that routine before school starts.

🌳 A GENTLE STEP BACK INTO ROUTINE 💛

Is your little one starting full-time school this September?
Or perhaps your child is feeling nervous about returning after the long summer break?

Maybe the lack of routine is starting to show and they’re ready for a little more structure, activity and social time?

Finding Me Summer Camp could be the perfect stepping stone.

Our camps are held within a school environment, but without the pressures of a traditional school day. Children have the freedom to choose, explore, create, make friends and build confidence — while naturally getting used to things like:

As we head into our final week before our summer break, it’s always a lovely time to reflect on how far we’ve come.

This year we’ve welcomed children from all walks of life into Evolve, making our community even more special, unique and inspiring. Every child brings something different, and watching them grow in confidence, resilience and character is exactly why we do what we do.

On a personal note, we’d like to say a huge thank you to all of our parents, grandparents and carers. You are the heart of the Evolve family. Week after week you show up, encourage your children and trust the process. We know that watching from the sidelines isn’t always easy. Learning new skills, managing emotions, building confidence and developing positive behaviours all take time.

At Evolve, we believe children learn through trying, making mistakes and having another go. We take the pressure off, create a safe place to explore and grow, celebrate every success and offer support and guidance when things don’t quite go to plan. Progress isn’t about being perfect—it’s about never giving up.

We’d also like to thank you all for your kindness and patience over the past months. As many of you know, our team has experienced the heartbreaking loss of three people who meant the world to us. Your messages, understanding and support have meant more than you’ll ever know, and we’ll always be grateful for the love you’ve shown our Evolve family.

Summer break begins after classes on Saturday 25th July, and we’ll be back doing what we love on Monday 10th August.

We hope you all have an amazing summer filled with family time, adventures, laughter and plenty of opportunities to make wonderful memories. We can’t wait to welcome you all back.

Would Your Child Know What To Do?

Would your child have the confidence to shout for help if they felt unsafe?

Our fully funded Stranger Danger workshops help children to:

✅ Recognise potential danger and unsafe situations
✅ Understand personal boundaries and body safety
✅ Build confidence to speak up and seek help
✅ Learn practical strategies to stay safe

These sessions are not designed to frighten children. They are age-appropriate, engaging, informative, and fun. Through interactive activities, children learn how to recognise unfair or uncomfortable situations and how to respond safely and confidently.

During the workshop, children will take part in:

🎭 Role-play activities
💬 Group discussions
🤝 Interactive scenarios and teamwork exercises
⭐ Confidence-building games and challenges

By the end of the session, children will have the building blocks they need to recognise danger, make safer choices, and feel empowered to act appropriately when faced with difficult situations.
