Thinking about joining a gym but feeling a little intimidated?

We get it.

Walking into a new gym for the first time can feel like everyone knows what they’re doing… except you.

But the reality is very different.

Your first session is about getting comfortable, meeting your coach, meeting the people around you and simply learning how things work.

You’ll warm up. You’ll move. You’ll be guided every step of the way.

And most importantly, nobody is judging you. Nobody is watching you. You don’t need to be “fit enough” before you start.

You just need to take that first step.

By the time you leave, you’ll know what you’re doing, what comes next and have a plan to help you move forward.

So if the gym has been feeling intimidating, let this be your sign:

You belong here. You just need to walk through the door.

The thing I hear most from our members isn’t “I love the workouts.”

It’s how much easier it becomes to actually stay consistent.

For Neda, having regular classes she can book into means she can train first thing, before the school run, work and everything else that fills the day.

And then there’s the accountability.

You’re booked in. Your coaches know when you’re coming. And if you disappear, we’ll probably notice.

Since starting her January trial, she hasn’t missed a single PT session.

Three sessions a week, every week.

And the result isn’t just getting stronger.

She feels mentally better, physically stronger and more confident that she’s doing something now that will benefit her for years to come.

I think that’s what good training should do.

Fit into your life, not take it over.

And make consistency feel a whole lot easier.

If you’ve been trying to get results by doing more, it might be time to start doing things differently.

Less restriction. More protein.
Less endless cardio. More strength.
Less relying on motivation. More structure.
Less waiting for Monday. More starting when you’re ready.
And less trying to figure it all out alone.

Because the right plan isn’t about being perfect, it’s about having something you can actually stick to.

And if you’ve been waiting for the right time to get started, September might be it.

We’re opening 12 spaces for something exciting next month.

More details coming next week.

For years, women have been told that if they want to change their bodies, they need to eat less and do more cardio.

But what if that’s actually the advice holding you back?

Your body needs enough fuel to perform, recover and build muscle.

So instead of constantly cutting calories and spending hours on the treadmill, start by eating enough, prioritising protein, and strength training consistently.
Because getting results isn’t about punishing your body into being smaller.

It’s about giving your body what it needs to become stronger, fitter and more capable.

You don’t need to eat less and do more.

You need to fuel better and train smarter.

Thanks to pacepadelclub for having us all and we can’t wait to come back 🫶🏼💛

I think it’s safe to say all our coaches should stick to lifting weights… 😂

The Summit Endurance Challenge is BACK!

Last year, many of you helped us raise money for Papyrus through our Summit to Summit challenge. This year we’re back with something a little different...

A little more competitive.
A little more sweaty.
But still all for an incredible cause.

On Saturday 29th August, we’ll be taking on a team endurance relay in pairs. Choose to run, walk or bike together before jumping onto the SkiErg or RowErg to see how many calories you can rack up before the next pair takes over.

Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just fancy getting involved, there’s an option for everyone. The goal isn’t to be the fastest it’s to come together as a community and raise as much money as we can for PAPYRUS.

If you’d like to take part but don’t have a partner, don’t worry we’ll pair you up!

💛 Want to get involved? Drop us a DM and we’ll send you all the details.

Every donation, every step and every calorie really does make a difference. Let’s make this our biggest fundraiser yet. 💪

The last 6 weeks have been full of wins at SUMMIT. 💛

From first pull ups to building confidence in the gym, improving fitness, and simply showing up consistently, every achievement deserves to be celebrated.

No two journeys are the same, and that’s exactly how it should be. Whether your win seems big or small, it’s progress, and progress is always worth recognising.

We’re incredibly proud of every member who’s put in the work over the last six weeks.

Movements can feel tricky, but here at SUMMIT we always meet you where you are.

Take the deadlift, for example. Someone might start by never having touched a barbell before, then gradually build the confidence, technique and strength to lift heavy.

Progress looks different for everyone. We all move differently, we all learn differently, and we all progress at our own pace.

The important thing is taking that first step. We’ll take care of the rest
