This is usually the time when we'd be starting classes again after Christmas/New Year, but not this time.

I have stopped the club and teaching karate, a change in job earlier last year meant getting to classes was putting more strain on my time. We never really recovered numbers from the Covid years and were down to three or four regulars.

Graham had already taken a step back from teaching due to other commitments.

Both Graham and I would like to thank all that have trained with us over the years, it's been great meeting you all.

We will still be running our Sunday Max Impact sessions and the social media will reflect that.
