For any Dads among you ...... especially if you want to stay fit enough to run around with your kids as they get older!

How is your body? Do you look after it?

I couldn’t decide whether to put a picture of a fit chap or this... but thought this belly would get your attention post Christmas!

It’s my job to help you! Whether it’s an all male Strength & Conditioning class (all abilities welcome) a Pilates class (essential for all of you), some 1:1 sessions to get you started, help to improve posture, recover from an injury or a few sessions to help with your overall health.

Go for it & prioritise your health in 2020.
