Booking form for July 26 summer holiday club

Here is the link for booking forms for August holiday club, there is no seperate forms for different years for this form due to all times being the same.

Children will need a packed lunch for all days listed due to the school kitchen being closed.

We have included the 2 training days at Ysgol Sant Dunawd on Tuesday 1st September and Wednesday 2nd September. The rest of week will be in September booking forms. Monday 31st August we will be closed for bank holiday.

Flying start and funded early education do not run during school holidays. Holiday hours for the childcare offer for Wales can be still be used but please check with ncallan@bangorondeechildcare how many holiday weeks you have left to avoid unexpected bills and charges.

Cancelled sessions must have 48 hours notice to avoid charges. This can be done via seesaw, email or by contacting the Childcare phone via text, call or whats app on 07359187248.
Sessions which are cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged.
