Today we spent the day exploring Erddig, and these photos are exactly why I love what I do.
Six children, aged 2 to 11, all spending the day together. The older children helping the younger ones climb, giving piggybacks and cuddles, and the little ones looking up to them every step of the way.
Mixed ages are one of the best things about childminding. The friendships they build are so special and happen so naturally. They learn from each other, care for each other, and make memories together.

We had a wonderful time making bird feeders today with our six children, all aged two and under.

Activities like these support creativity, fine motor skills, and early learning in a fun and engaging way.

Applications for Nursery September 2026 are open from today 6th January 2026.

If you have, or know of a child starting Early Entitlement with us in January or April 2026, they will need to apply for a Nursery place for September 2026. Their Early Entitlement will not guarantee them a place in September.
