A huge thank you to Hannah from the Wheel Walk and Cycle Trust. She popped in to visit some of our Foundation Learning classes to talk about transport that doesn't need "fuel". We explored her fold up bike and played games about road safety.

A fantastic day of creativity and teamwork!
We were delighted to welcome Jennifer from Kapla back to our school for a full day of building and discovery. Using thousands of small wooden blocks, our pupils worked together to create an amazing construction, showcasing their imagination, problem-solving skills, and perseverance. The finished masterpiece was truly impressive, and everyone enjoyed being part of this memorable hands-on experience.

🚸 Safer Streets Around St Mary’s CIW VA Primary School

A great success for our School Council!

Our School Council has been working hard to raise concerns about road safety and the need for clearer signage around St Mary’s CIW VA Primary School, Wrexham.

We’re delighted to share that their request for improved school signage has been successful, with new/updated signs now helping to make drivers more aware that they are approaching a school and that children are regularly using the area.

This is a fantastic example of our pupils speaking up about an issue that matters to them and helping to make a positive difference in our local community. 👏

Well done to our School Council for making their voices heard! 🌟

The start of something new at Stori Brymbo! 🌿

We're launching a brand-new series of creative workshops over the next 3 weeks with the very talented Leila Hodgson.

These sessions will be a hands-on, mixed media workshop inspired by the Brymbo Creatives Gallery exhibition and you'll have the opportunity to create your own unique piece using materials including canvas, air-drying clay, beads, fabric, and a variety of donated and recycled materials to experiment with.

No previous experience is necessary!

To celebrate, our first workshop is free as part of our commitment to making these sessions as accessible as possible. If paying for a workshop would make it difficult for you to attend, we'd love you to join us using one of our free community places.

If you're in a position to pay for future workshops, your support will help us continue to offer accessible opportunities to others in our community. ❤️
