We always recommend keeping him in the fridge as he will be cold enough to use as a cold compress but you won’t be risking any damage to the skin from an ice burn!

Why / who should book a private session?

- if you can’t make any of the open class dates but want to learn baby & child first aid

- you have a group of friends or family and would prefer to do it as a group with them instead of booking on to an open class

- you just prefer it to be a bit more private / intimate

We can come to your home or venue and teach you all about baby & child first aid.

I’ve spent the last 10 years building my health and safety career. Chasing money and climbing the ladder. It everything changed when I had my little girl in 2024.

It all started last year when I sat exactly where you might be right now, in a parent and carer class, watching what I’d do if my little girl choked or stopped breathing. I left that class feeling like every single parent deserves that knowledge and that peace of mind. So I bought the franchise, and I haven’t looked back since.

Swapping a steady salary for a business isn’t the “sensible” choice on paper. But it’s the choice that lets me:

💛 Do work that actually feels meaningful
💛 Be there for more of my daughter’s little moments
💛 Get back on my horse more than once in a blue moon
💛 Build a life that fits around my family, not the other way round

I’m not doing this because the 9-5 was bad, I loved my health and safety role! I’m doing it because I know, deep down, this is what I’m meant to be doing, teaching parents, children and workplaces the skills that could one day save a life.
