I have 10 sets to give away (well make that 9 as Iā€™ll be giving a set to Pollyā€™s nursery)

Firstly, Iā€™m late. Itā€™s the 4th October and Iā€™ve already done a class this month šŸ¤¦šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø

A few Baby & Child First Aid classes still to come.

My Wrexham class is SOLD OUT, I canā€™t fit anyone else in!

Wrexham dates are available for the rest of 2026 so get booked in as this is such a popular venue.

Workplace first aid course happening on 13th October in Colwyn Bay so if youā€™re looking for Emergency First Aid at Work, Emergency Paediatric First Aid or Blended Paediatric First Aid then get in touch

We learnt all about getting help and phoning 999, how to deal with cuts and grazes, how to deal with head bumps and how to put someone in the recovery position šŸ’š

First baby and 12 days ā€œoverdueā€

I say overdue with a pinch of salt as due dates arenā€™t always accurate.

After I reached 41 weeks I wanted to try to see if I could get things moving so I tried everything. Started drinking raspberry leaf tea a few weeks before my ā€œdue dateā€ as well as eating dates

I was offered a sweep at 39+6 as Iā€™d had reduced movements the week before.

I actually had a couple of more sweeps after that but it didnā€™t get things going.

I had an induction booked for 41 + 5 but I ended up going into labour naturally the night before šŸ„³

If I was to have another baby, I think Iā€™d just stay active and relaxed as possible and just let things happen.

Whoā€™d like a birth story? Positive of course!
