Mae Mary Corcoran yn cynrychioli Ysgol Fusnes Wrecsam yn y dathliad anhygoel hwn o ddiwylliant a iaith Cymru, yn enwedig wrth i ni nodi 850 mlynedd ers yr Eisteddfod gyntaf.

Mary Corcoran is representing Wrexham Business School at this incredible celebration of Welsh culture and language, especially as this year marks 850 years since the first Eisteddfod.

What an inspiring session we had last week with Dr Mark Williams from Limb-art, designers and manufacturers of the world's coolest prosthetic leg covers!

Dr Williams joined our Applied Business Degree Programme students to share his remarkable personal journey and how he turned his experiences into a thriving and innovative business.

Exactly the kind of real-world inspiration that reminds our students why business is about so much more than theory.

Bu Dr Williams yn rhannu ei daith bersonol ysbrydoledig gyda myfyrwyr ein Rhaglen Gradd Busnes Gymhwysol, a sut oedd ei brofiadau yn sail i fusnes arloesol a llwyddiannus.

Dyma'n union y math o ysbrydoliaeth o'r byd go iawn sy'n atgoffa ein myfyrwyr bod busnes yn fwy na theori.

Eisteddfod Gerddorol Ryngwladol Llangollen yr wythnos diwethaf yn wirioneddol arbennig!

Fel noddwr swyddogol, roedd Prifysgol Wrecsam yn falch o gael ei chynrychioli yn un o wyliau diwylliannol mwyaf enwog y byd. Roedd aelodau o Ysgol Fusnes Wrecsam yn y gŵyl yn cwrdd â gwesteion ac yn arddangos gwaith y brifysgol, gyda sgyrsiau gwych wedi'u cael ar hyd y ffordd.

Mae digwyddiadau fel hyn yn atgof hyfryd o'r diwylliant a'r gymuned gyfoethog sy'n gwneud y rhanbarth hwn mor arbennig.

Last week's Llangollen International Musical Eisteddfod was truly special!

As an official sponsor, Wrexham University was proud to be represented at one of the world's most celebrated cultural festivals. Members of Wrexham Business School were at the festival meeting festival-goers and showcasing the work of the university, with some brilliant conversations had along the way.

Events like this are a fantastic reminder of the rich culture and community that makes this region so special.

Today we celebrate 'World Youth Skills Day', established by the UN General Assembly in 2014, it recognises the vital role that skills play in unlocking opportunity through employment, entrepreneurship and leadership.

This year's theme 'Skills for a Shared Future' captures exactly what we believe in as a Business School. We prepare our graduates with the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to thrive in their future careers.

A fantastic day at the FSB North Wales Small Business Conference 2026 in Llandudno on Wednesday!

Mary Corcoran and Teresa Malinga represented Wrexham Business School at what was a really inspiring and thought provoking event, with sessions covering AI opportunities for small businesses, navigating the Welsh business landscape and practical sales growth strategies.

Great to see such energy and ambition from the North Wales business community in one room.
