A special one this week as we said goodbye to Karsten as a regular member of the gym, with him moving to Bristol after 8 years with us.

It’s been an absolute pleasure having you as part of the team, plenty of great memories! We will miss you bringing the sweets after training.

The improvement Harry has made over the past 6–12 months has been huge. His technique, understanding have all come on massively.

Harry never misses a session. He’s always looking to learn more, asking questions, challenging himself and pushing to improve every time he steps on the mats.
