First day back at school and it’s a snow day ❄️🥶🤩 Not going to lie… that was a welcome surprise 🤣

After a rough lesson with a poorly behaved class last lesson, I really needed to take a look at all the greatness from the day 🥰

Take a moment to reflect on it and remember I am just doing the best I can and most of my students are thriving!

How do you lift yourself up after a difficult lesson?

Scaffolding 6 mark questions for my low ability/SEND/EAL year 10 class today…

It is going to take a lot to get to the point of removing this scaffolding and giving them just an exam question 😳

One of my year 11s took it upon themselves to tidy up the stopwatches 🤩 or at least on box of them 🤣

This made me think of how I work… Either calm, orderly and neat, or chaotic and a bit scruffy but gets the job done 🤪

Having bottom set classes can be demoralising… but it’s a tiny class so marking tests is done super quick! 👌 ⏰
