For any of the mums/aunts/nans/sisters that are interested Sensei Tina and Sensei Helen are running a women’s self defence course. It’s for 6 weeks and will have an element of fitness, flexibility training and practical self defence course. The course is £40 for the six weeks. After that point we will be continuing it as a women’s only karate club. Please don’t be put off by that bit or the fact that you may feel that your fitness may not be ‘up to par’ we will all be moving at a slow steady pace and you can work to your own speed. Even if you just do the six weeks to see if it’s for you and to improve fitness along with practical self defence techniques. Message me if you fancy signing up. We are currently looking in to whether there would be any interest in opening an adults class for karate in Peters Village.
We teach at the village hall (near the new co op) and I we’re looking at opening a club for teens/adult on Tuesdays 7.30-8.30. If this something that may be of interest and would you like to pop along for a free, no obligation, trial lesson? Everyone is welcome from secondary school age and above.

Kent Michi Karate Association is proud to announce the opening of a new club at The Judd School on Saturday mornings. 10-11am for 8-15 year olds and 11am-noon for 16+.
We have both male and female instructors with over 70 years experience in training between us. We are first aid trained, DBS checked and have Child Safe Guarding Certification.
We are NOT a franchise and there’s no ‘sign up fee’ or ‘tie in’ period.
