I'm very excited to announce that the Young Artists' Club is officially starting a toddler class here in Worthing!
It will be running on Thursday mornings from September, at West Worthing Baptist Church.
It's aimed at toddlers and preschoolers about 1 year upwards. We'll be working on fun art and craft activities that allow children to explore colour, texture, mark making and, of course, mess! Classes are 1 hour long and are booked termly, the first term running for 7 weeks from 1st September to 20th October.

Do get in touch for more information or booking. Class sizes will be kept small and booking opens this week.

Finished my postcards for this week's postcard club. Theme is 'love'. I went for a simple print from a rubber stamp I made but potato printing would have worked just as well as if want to have a go at easy printmaking at home. Just got to wait for them to finish drying and the. I can't wait to write and send them!

This week's postcard club theme is: LOVE! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜 With Valentine's coming up it felt rude not to get involved but interpret the theme in any way you like. It can be the romantic, hearts and flowers type of love, family love, friendship, rainbow love, whatever love means to you!

All you need to get started is some thin card or stuff paper cut to postcard size, (you'll get 4 postcards from one sheet of A4), plus whatever art medium you choose to use. Pens, pencils, crayon, paint, collage, print-making, sewing - let your imagination run wild!

I'll be making and posting mine up later if you need some inspiration 👩🏻‍🎨

Postcard club is here!
It's been ever such a long time since we've been able properly see, hug and hold our friends and loved ones, so what better way to show them a little love than sending a handmade postcard?

The idea is that each week we'll all make postcards to a different theme that I'll set and then send them off to our loved ones or fellow postcard club members.

I'll set a theme each Monday for you to make throughout the week at your leisure. Make just one or make a whole set, it's up to you. It's meant to be a relaxed and fun way to get involved in a bit of pressure-free art, you don't have be an "artist" to join in! All ages and abilities welcome!

I'll share mine online and it will be great to see yours too so make sure to tag me on Instagram and hashtag

I'll also sometimes give mine away so keep a look out as it will be first come first served!

(NB I cannot take credit for these postcards, they were sent to me recently. Aren't they great?!)
