This is such a key age for building strong skills, confidence and a real love of dance – and this class is designed to match exactly what your child needs right now.

We run two sessions each week covering a full range of styles:
Wednesdays – Ballet, Tap, plus Stretch & Flex
Fridays – Modern, Acro and Street Dance

At 7 to 9 years old, children thrive on variety, challenge and working alongside friends. This mix builds coordination, strength, flexibility and creativity all at once, while keeping every session fun and engaging. We also work towards competition opportunities for anyone who wants to take part 💛

Looking back on this past year, our Thursday nights 8 to 9pm Adult Ballet class have been some of our absolute favourites. We’ve watched everyone laugh, grow, move freely and just lose themselves in the dance – no pressure, no expectations, just enjoying every single minute together. That pure happiness is what makes these sessions so incredibly special.

Whether you’ve been with us all year, returned to the studio after a break, or tried it for the very first time – this is your space to move, feel strong, and remember how wonderful it is just to dance. You really are never too old to start something new 💛
