Hope you all have a wonderful time! It’s been a busy old year here, so thanks so much for your custom and entrusting me with your amazing works of art!

In a sea of fabulousness that has passed through the workshop this little ‘Lowry’ (the customer doesn’t know if it’s genuine or not) was probably my favourite. Originally, we’d decided to frame it with a simple oak frame but the more a looked at it the more I felt it deserved something more. The edges need to be seen, it’s history exposed, genuine or not! So we picked out a tiny bit of green in the centre of the painting to match to the frame and gave it a more ‘museum piece’ look to it. It’s the really enjoyable part of the framing process! Elevating work without it being all about the frame.

Anyhoo, enough of my waffle, go have something to drink, a mince pie and lots of fun, ho ho ho!
