Sing and Sign Worthing

Sing and Sign Worthing Award winning baby/toddler Sing and Sign classes, teaching baby signing to support early communication! It's easy to do and your baby will really enjoy it!

Developed with the help of Speech and Language experts and launched in January 2001, the "Sing and Sign" programme has since taught thousands of parents across the UK how to sign with their babies and encourage amazing early communication. As a part of typical development before speech is well established, babies naturally use a combination of gestures and sounds to help their parents understand them. For example they may point, shake their heads, clap their hands and wave "bye-bye". Now is a good time to introduce some extra gestures to help your baby communicate. Why not try milk, more, change nappy, or tired? Baby signing is wonderfully rewarding and fantastic fun. You will be amazed by what your baby is capable of telling you before being able to talk!

Week 1 Day 1 gratitude and musings!
Don’t stress about not being able to sing!
We have lots of familiar songs as well as exclusive Sing and Sign songs to join in with and learn! You don’t have to be Beyoncé, everyone is welcome🥰
Classes included a Dad and a Nanny join us today and it’s my job to create an inclusive space where everyone benefits for the sake of the little ones!
Had a great time today with new faces, others some returning for new terms and even some with siblings of those I’ve taught before. Being told your classes are a “No brainer” like I was today is the ultimate compliment and one which I hold very dear and don’t take for granted when families are choosing which classes to spend time and money on.

Graduation week is always a blast, can’t believe I’ve not managed this post yet!! Certificates and tears in equal measure as beautiful families move on! For some Sing and Sign was their first trip out with the baby -what an honour! Watching Singing and parenthood journeys is one of the things I’m so proud of when doing my job. Thank you everyone for my beautiful presents and cards, kind words and lasting memories! Bring on Autumn term when we are enrolling new families on term and little ones are moving up through stages for even more fun!
