Join your friends in life on a ship and experience climbing the rigging, walking the plank, and target practice! And of course preparing for grading, which is sneaking up on us quite quickly!

Our dragons and juniors were amazing balancing on our super secret ninja circuit and working their takedowns this week. And our youth and blacksash attempted their scissor takedowns on the mats!

Smashed it out on Wednesday! We had an amazing time down at Worthing Playday, met lots of new people and got lots of new trials booked in. Can't wait to welcome you all to our Kung Fu family! ❤️
