Yoga is on tonight at Salt Water Studios 6.30-7.30pm. Practicing a cooling lunar flow and releasing that which no longer serves us during this full moon 🌑🌒🌓🌔🌕🌖🌗🌘

If there is one picture that sums up 2017 for me, this is it. Just qualified as a yoga teacher, the snotty tissue behind me and my tear stained face showing what an emotional journey and achievement that was for me! 😂😂 2017 has, on the whole, been an amazing year of transformation for me and I'm so ready to go into 2018 and keep learning, exploring and connecting ✨
