Congratulations to all our LAMDA (London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art) pupils. They received 77 Distinctions (28 of which scored over 90%) and 3 very high Merits.

Heartwarming moments at LPW!

At the end of the Summer Term on a warm non-uniform day, our Year 6 children shared their love of reading by spending time with our youngest learners in Nursery and Pre-School.

With patience, enthusiasm and big smiles, they read stories, explored books together and sparked a love for reading across all ages. These special interactions not only boost confidence and language skills for our little ones but also inspire leadership and kindness in our older pupils.

Our Year 4 pupils had an absolutely brilliant time at Butser Ancient Farm.

They immersed themselves in hands-on workshops, exploring the fascinating world of history through pottery, artefact handling, jewellery making and runes. It was a fantastic opportunity for our young learners to engage with the past in a fun and interactive way!

Thank you to Butser Ancient Farm for providing such an enriching experience.

Congratulations to two of our pupils who progressed in the UK Junior Maths Challenge. Francesca in the Junior Kangaroo, where she achieved a Bronze award, putting her in the top 30% of qualifiers. Beau to the Junior Maths Olympiad, where he attained a Merit, putting him in the top 40% of qualifiers.

We had a truly memorable Prize Day at Lancing College Chapel to mark the end of the academic school year!

The celebration was filled with beautiful performances, including our Chamber Choir singing "Sinking Deep" and "Ave Maria," and our talented Year 5 and 6 pupils delighting us with "I Have a Dream" by ABBA. Year 3 and 4 brought the house down with "The Bare Necessities", and the combined Choirs from Years 5 to 8, along with the Chamber Choir, performed the inspiring piece "Secrets and Visions" composed by Mrs Rees.

It was a wonderful occasion honouring our pupils' achievements and saying farewell to our Year 8 pupils as they prepare to embark on their next adventure at their chosen senior schools.
