China Summer Camp Trip: On our final day in Nanjing, we attended the closing ceremony, where we exchanged gifts with our Chinese friends and celebrated the friendships we had built throughout the programme.

China Summer Camp Trip Update: It was the penultimate day of the Nanjing Summer Camp. This morning students visited the Confucius Temple, where they explored its rich history and gained insight into education in China. In the afternoon, they continued collaborating with their Chinese friends with a spot of karaoke

China Summer Camp Update: Another beautiful day in Nanjing Summer camp! Students enjoyed a range of traditional sporting activities, building teamwork and resilience through friendly competition. In the afternoon, they had the chance to try paddle boarding, embracing a new challenge and creating more unforgettable memories.

China Summer Camp Trip: Students put their teamwork and creativity to the test in today’s garden design workshop, working together to create their own traditional Chinese gardens. It was a fun competition that encouraged collaboration while exploring an important part of Chinese culture.

As we close another fantastic academic year, we would like to say a huge thank you to our incredible students, dedicated staff, supportive parents and carers, and our wider school community.

This year has been filled with hard work, achievements, memorable experiences and moments to celebrate. We are incredibly proud of everything our students have accomplished and the way they have embraced every opportunity.

We wish everyone a safe, happy and restful summer holiday. We look forward to welcoming our students back in September, ready for another exciting year of learning, growth and success.

China Summer Camp Day 2 of our incredible experience in Nanjing was all about theatre. Students explored Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream with their buddies before visiting the Nanjing Opera House to enjoy a traditional Chinese hand dance performance. They also decorated their own Peking (Beijing) opera masks, learning more about this unique cultural tradition.

China Summer Camp Trip : After a long day of travel, our students have safely arrived in Nanjing! This afternoon, they met their buddies and took part in icebreaker activities, getting to know one another and building friendships before enjoying some delicious local cuisine. This evening, students explored a local shopping district, experiencing a taste of life in Nanjing.

Yesterday KS4 Drama students had a fantastic day in London, taking in the sights before experiencing some incredible live theatre.

We were thrilled to watch the highly acclaimed Witness for the Prosecution at County Hall – a captivating production that will directly support our GCSE Drama studies. Seeing a professionally scripted performance in action provides invaluable inspiration and helps students develop the skills needed for their live theatre reviews.
