What are your favourite clarinet reeds. Mine have been Michell Lurie Premium. They just seem to work on any mouthpiece and make altissimo notes pop out with ease. So I was very sad to find out from D’Addario that they are being discontinued! I would how ever like to say a big thank you to Matt form D’Addario who very kindly has put in the post a complimentary box of Mitchell Lurie (not the Premium) Reeds for me to try.
I will let you know how it goes get on with them 🙂 . I also should say a thank you to Anthony from Ackerman Music Hove who sent me free of charge their very last Mitchell Lurie Premium reeds, seen here in the the old Rico box.
