Anyone who comes to my yoga classes and workshops knows Donna Ashworth poems usually end my classes.
Her latest book is hard to read, hits home, says the things I want to say.
Thank you Donna for letting me fan girl again!

Also had the pleasure of hearing from Hannah Richell and her harrowing story of loss too.
