After 5 months of barely being on Instagram, just lurking from time to time - I have decided to leave Instagram and Facebook

These social medias just aren’t me, they bring me down, and make me feel really icky. But I do still want to stay in touch

So I’m setting up a WhatsApp group (and maybe also telegram) instead - and I’ll share on there what makes happening and would love to have conversations with you in the group.

I feel this has the potential to be more meaningful, inspirational and be a community of people who are interested in similar things on a similar wavelength.

Satnam everyone! I'm back from holidays - I know I've been a bit quiet.

It was great to see all of you who joined me at Calm Collective on Saturday, and to jump back into teaching again. I am at Pop Brixton this evening teaching about the neutral or meditative mind, and then we head into online courses tomorrow and Wednesday evenings.
