Super excited to start up a new class in St Julian’s Church Hall, Rectory Road, Shoreham by Sea Wednesday’s 9.30am- 10.30am.

All classes are mixed ability, all welcome.
As usual it’s £8 per class, no block booking all drop ins. Book using WhatsApp and bring along your mat.

The hall is warm, softly lit (although we use fairy lights in winter) spacious and it has its own car park 🥳

I’ve been teaching somatic community yoga for 5 years.. fully trained and insured to teach teenagers, adults, families, couples, 1-2-1’s and I’m trauma informed. FYI I’m also a counsellor and psychotherapist in training.

Classes are somatic which means each class has a body based focus .. the body keeps the score 🧘‍♀️

Happy 5 year anniversary to Gem Yoga 🙏🏻🫶🏻🌸
it has been a pleasure and an honour to teach yoga classes to all those who have stuck with me from the sketchy beginnings when I was clutching onto my self belief and digging deep for courage. All those that gave my classes a try, no matter how brief. Those who came with trauma, grief, pain, stress and all their human ness which pushed me to learn and research so I could support you in your process. All those who allowed me to share in their space. I am grateful to each and every one of you who have shaped my teaching and taught me compassion. I value every teacher who took the time to connect, share and expand my learning. My friends and fellow yoga therapists you are smashing it 🙌🏻 Thank you to everyone who has invited me into their practice, or their community. I send each and every one of you blessings and much grace … 💗
