That's right classes are back TOMORROW!!

We hope you have all had a fantastic summer.

We have been working hard preparing for the year ahead and cannot wait to see our Dancers again!!

Every Dancer has a 'Welcome back to Dance Pack' waiting for them. These include details of the year ahead and an overview of our Dance School Policies just to refresh your memories.

Please could Parents/ Guardians come into the Community Centre to collect their Dancers pack as they do need to be signed for.

There are TWO forms in the pack that we need back straight away ....
So why not grab a Coffee 50p or Tea 50p and treat yourself to some biscuits 50p from Cafe Eva.
Read through your Dancers pack and fill out the forms whilst your Dancers are in their class?? ....

If you do need a little more time to process all the information both forms must be returned by THURSDAY 17th SEPTEMBER.

All our classes run from Shakerley Community Centre & Cafe Eva will be open during parts of the evening providing drinks and snacks for our Dancers and their Parents/ Guardians in the cafe area.

We would like to wish all our Dancers lots of luck as they start the new 'school year'

We hope that everyone's first week goes well as you start new schools, move into new classes, start college or university (in a few weeks)

A Celebration of Dance through the Decades
At The New Adelphi Theatre

In 24 hours we will be at the The New Adelphi Theatre ....

Please see a brief overview of the arrangements......

ALL Dancers to arrive at The New Adelphi Theatre at 11.30am.
Dancers should arrive in Abigail Bibby School of Dancing T-shirt, black shorts or leggings, black socks and black pumps.

HAIR - Two full length Dutch or french plaits (AB Minis & AB Junior All Stars)
Older Dancers - Two 3 1/2 inch french plaits tightly secured so your hair can be worn up or down

MAKEUP - Full show makeup please. There will be people available to do this at 11.30am in the cafe area of the New Adelphi Theatre when you sign in.

Dancers MUST BRING all their costumes including correct tights, socks footwear. Please can they also bring their makeup and hair accessories (brush bobbles hair spray)
Dancers do need BLACK LEGGINGS for the finale.

FOOD & DRINK
Dancers will need plenty of juice or water, sweets and snacks for backstage.
They may also bring a packed lunch that can be eaten at The Theatre before the first show.

3.30 - 5.30pm BREAKS BETWEEN THE SHOWS once signed out by their Chaperone, Dancers are free to go and have an evening meal. During this time the backstage areas must be kept clear. Our Voluntary Licenced Chaperone team are not responsible for Dancers in break times. They need a break too! Dancers MUST return to the Theatre at 5.30pm.

On arrival please book in at the BOX OFFICE
Doors open 15 minutes before the show starts.
Please bring loose change for -

Raffle tickets -£1

Due to safeguarding reasons, Photos and filming IS NOT PERMITTED during the show.
A link is available to buy from our Photographer/ videographer for £15.

Classes have finished for the year and FINALLY our end of year show 'A Celebration of Dance through the Decades ' is on SUNDAY at 1pm & 6.30pm at The New Adelphi Theatre.

Please remember to bring your change to the Theatre.

We are so incredibly proud of all our Dancers..... We cannot wait for their friends and family to watch them in our show 'A Celebration of Dance through the decades' at The New Adelphi Theatre.

We cannot wait to meet all our Dancers at The New Adelphi Theatre at 4.30pm today!!!!

Dancers should arrive in their Abigail Bibby School of Dancing T-shirt, shorts or leggings. Black socks and pumps.

HAIR - should be styled straight back, neatly into a mid ponytail.

MAKEUP - Usual show makeup- (please don't worry if you cannot do this before the rehearsal) Dancers should bring their makeup with them, there are people backstage who can help.

Dancers MUST bring ALL their costumes, accessories correct tights socks and footwear.
Please see costume lists.

Dancers will be having plenty of drink & snack breaks
(Water or juice and mini snacks. No crisps, chocolate or nuts)

PHOTOS AND VIDEOS ....
Our photographer will be there today to capture these incredible moments - taking a mixture of live shots and group style photos.

(Links will be available to buy for £15)

FINALLY-
We are so EXCITED for our Dancers to have the opportunity to perform on The New Adelphi stage again!

This is a chaperoned event, except for AB MINIS who will be accompanied backstage by their female parent/ guardian.

*Please collect your Dancers from the cafe area at 8.30pm
