Regular Classes begin again next week
5 seated Tuesdays £40
4 Hatha Thursdays £40
4 wellbeing Fridays £40
Block booking preferred please as I calculate numbers and begin the transition to the home studio. Classes are still at the Worlingworth community centre for now.
Looking forward to seeing you all again and getting back into our yoga practice. The first week of our element series is Earth. Root chakra, grounding, balancing and leaning into the support and love that Mother Earth gives us unconditionally 💚🙏🏻💚

Yoga studio won’t be ready for the first week so we will begin again at the community centre and settle back into our routines before another change.

New beginnings, new name?
I’ve always loved big changes… new boyfriend, house and car was the usual game but I’ll keep the husband.Just moved house. I do want a big truck 🛻please universe.
Anyway, I digress! A new name for Yoga Roz Suffolk. I’ve loved being yoga Roz Suffolk I’ve been so grateful for the last two years of yoga and all the amazing people who have come to classes and shared their wonderful energy. Time for a re think as I bring yoga home to Apple tree barn in Worlingworth. What do we think of Earth & Sea Yoga? Personal to me as a Capricorn from a big Capricorn family. It feels very Suffolk with the land and sea, farming and fishing. Hatha means sun and moon which mirrors the earth and the sea. Let me know your thoughts id love to know!

Playing with seated yoga layouts today pre storage and furniture arrivals. Two types of seat to choose from, with or without a cushion for the wooden chairs. All on mats to keep you safe and stop the chairs slipping. There will be a shoe rack in the corner for shoes, coats and bags. So peaceful and quiet in this room 🥰 this could seat 10 seated yogi’s. I’ve left a space down the middle to ensure safe access and a route to the door and toilet.
