A well-deserved treat day for our Year 6 pupils yesterday! 🎉

They enjoyed a fantastic day filled with games and even a McDonald’s treat to celebrate all their hard work. 🍔🎈

Following Outdoor Learning Day, we created a special showcase to celebrate the children’s amazing work from across the school. Each year group explored a different theme throughout the day. It was a wonderful oppurtunity for everyone to share what they had learned, discovered, and created together. 🌍

We are so proud of the creativity, teamwork, and enthusiasm shown by all of our pupils! 🌿🍃

🌼🐰 What an Egg-cellent Day! 🐰🌼

We had a wonderful time at our annual Easter Hunt! It was fantastic to see children, parents, and staff coming together—teaming up to uncover all the hidden letters scattered throughout the area.

Events like this truly showcase the amazing spirit of our school community. Thank you to all the families who joined us and helped make the afternoon so special. 💛

✨ Year 5 Viking Day ✨

Our Year 5 children had a fantastic time last week stepping back in time to experience life as Vikings!

They worked together in teams to build their own dens, crafted tools using traditional techniques, and even made bread which they baked over an open fire.

As part of their DT lessons, the children have been busy designing and creating their own traditional Viking longboats — a wonderful way to bring their learning to life!

A brilliant day of hands-on learning, teamwork and adventure — well done, Year 5! 🛡🔥🍞⛵

Another wonderful afternoon at Westwood Care Home with School Council yesterday! 🥰⭐️

They had a lovely afternoon playing games, creating some lovely Easter arts and crafts, playing piano for the residents to listen to and enjoying some delicious cake 🎨🍰

Miss Snelling was very proud of how the School Council children behaved - always showing that they are great role models for St Augustine’s! Well done everyone! ⭐️
