It was a joy to welcome everyone back to school today! There were lots of smiling faces. Today also saw the introduction of a new lunch provider and the menu was a hit with the children.

So as we close the doors for the summer, we reflect on a day focused on our wonderful Year 6 as they end one chapter ready to begin another. Echoing the end of term service, we thank our families for the support they give to the school and wish each and everyone of our school community a restful summer.

It’s been a long half term but the smiles from three of the staff at the recent staff lunch remind us that collectively St Anne’s is a place of much laughter, where we celebrate joy and support one another. Time was spent reflecting on their current classes as well as an excitement for the year ahead.

We have been awarded our RHS level 3 gardening award! Thanks to Mrs Wilkinson and Mr Gray who diligently work with our children each week and ensure our growing area is magnificent! Our pumpkins have started to grow too!

We all came together to thank Emma for 18years of teaching our children gymnastics. We will miss her immensely but know her own club will continue to grow.

House Celebration Day. Winners of this year’s team points, Lichfield House are having fun at Rufford Park. York, Southwell and Lincoln pupils are all having fun back in school.
