Great day delivering Conflict Management & Intervention training in Hull

Had a fantastic day on board recently, refreshing our security team in Hull – delivering up-to-date, practical training in Conflict Management and Safe Interventions on behalf of Safer Handling International.

These sessions are vital: they equip teams with the skills to recognise potential situations, de-escalate confidently, act safely, and protect both staff and passengers. Always great to see teams engaged, asking questions, and committed to maintaining high standards of safety and professional practice.
