A wonderful week of learning on our Creating a Microbakery course. This course combines both theory and hands-on practical sessions in bread baking, patisserie and Viennoiserie.

The first group have been with refining their sourdough skills hand crafting baguettes and house and flavoured loaves. πŸ₯–

The second group have been with in our Butchery further their learning in butchery techniques including added value and cooking over fire πŸ”₯
