Aaron Cawley our Mental Health and Wellbeing Lead is running an 8-week "Mindfulness for Life" course as a part of his Masters degree at the University of Oxford.
Having been developed by Oxford University, this programme provides a structured, practical and accessible introduction to mindfulness.

So, the booking form for our very popular Wreath Workshop at Ranby House has now gone live!

This year we have partnered with the gorgeous Serenity Blooms, who will be guiding us through how to make the perfect Christmas wreath. There are options of a traditional Christmas Wreath, a half wreath, or a door swag. Please state on the order form which one you would like to create as the frames need to be ordered in advance.
We have managed to keep the price the same as last year at £45pp which includes festive refreshments, and please feel free to bring a bottle of something if you wish to indulge.
Here are a few pics to give you an idea. There will be a full choice of ribbons and accessories to bring that extra bit of sparkle.
BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL, and please don't delay as it does get booked up very quickly and we are limited on numbers!
