Wishing Reece Bradford good luck in his top of the bill PBC Super Welterweight International title fight later tonight!!
Reece has trained with me for the past 12 weeks as part of his training camp and weighed in at 69.2kg which is perfect as the top weight is 69.9kg.
He's put the hard yards in, so as he would say, let the party start!

Congratulations to Mark Forrest for topping the bowling stats whist playing for his beloved Whitwell Cricket Club. I'll look forward to sponsoring him again for the 2025 season and wish him and everyone at the club a happy and healthy new year!

Everyone loves a success story, well this one has a double edged sword! Congratulations to Craig who completed the York marathon this weekend in a time of 3:25:48 hours, smashing his PB by 20 minutes. Although Craig has done S&C sessions with me for a year, he's followed his own strict running programme and has also taken his nutrition to a new level. As a result not only is he now smashing his own training goals, he's also lost 20KG in weight along the way whilst developing a strong core and athletic muscular framework..... I'm looking forward to seeing the event times tumble further!

What a great way to celebrate the end of our U18's season at Worksop Town FC with a cracking bunch of young men. It's been an absolute honour and pleasure to coach and get to know you all both on and off the field of play! Three days in and still feeling the aches and pains, but all worth it lol.

Good to have some of the Worksop Town U18's over for their weekly group PT session......After the hour with me they went on to do their own 3 mile run which consisted of 1500 meters of hill sprints. Niiiicee going lads!!

I have spaces in the below small group sessions should anyone wish to attend.

Tuesdays 5.15pm (mixed)
Wednesdays 6.30pm (mixed)
Friday 5.00pm (ladies only)

So far these sessions have been well received and enjoyed by those who have attended so why not DM for further details if you like the look of what you see on here and fancy giving it a crack.

Loads of fun and lots of effort from one of this weeks small group 1hour PT classes!
It's such a good way to exercise whilst under the instruction of how to train safely and effectively. By sharing the cost with others, it also offers great £value for money at the same time.

My first group PT session for 4......Wow, loved it, as did the ladies who absolutely gave it their all, nothing held back!
