Oh I’m excited for this next theme with Little Treasures Childminding we have so much in store for our little friends over the coming weeks 🪼🦀🐬🐠🐙🐳🐡🏖️

I wonder if anyone can guess our next theme from the new sensory base 🤭 another lighter blue colour to add 😅

Our butterflies have spread their wings and gone off for big adventures, we have loved being able to observe their life cycle 🦋

Can’t wait for the children come back tomorrow to see we are proud owners of our first butterfly 🦋 😁 hopefully they get to see some of the others come out of their cocoon’s 😍

This week we have been busy welcoming in our caterpillar 🐛 we are so excited to watch the grow into Beautiful butterflies 🦋

We had so much fun 🌱😅💚

Over the past few weeks we have been exploring new life in the world around us, out looking at the beauty that spring brings into our natural world and visiting lambs and ducklings💛

This next week we are heading into planting new life we will be growing our own beanstalks to watch the process in real time 🌱

We have had a lovely day taking one of our stories 📚 over to the YWP dinosaur trail, we created the loudest roars for the T rex 🦖 and stretched up as a brachiosaurus! 🦕

So much language used, maths skills, fact finding and of course lots of giggles 🤭

We always use books to enhance our play, here is how….. leaving books around related to the activities of the littles interests and development needs to encourage them to use books as a resource and share with myself and friends..
