🏖️ It might be the holidays but with September fast approaching it’s time to check if you could receive free school meals for your child.

🍽️ Changes mean all children whose families receive Universal Credit will be entitled to a free school meal regardless of household income.

🍎 All pupils in reception, year 1 and year 2 will continue to get free meals under the universal free school meals policy.

What a wonderful final term on your Primary School journey. We are so proud of our Year 6 on their fantastic achievements 🎉💙

So many emotions are flying around in Primary schools at this time of year. Children, parents and teachers are managing their feelings during this period of transition to Secondary School for Year 6.
It’s the same every year, the same nerves, the same uncertainties. Believe me when I say, they are ready. We might not be but they are, they just might not recognise it!

You are ready Year 6.

It is time.
Time for one last wear of this uniform.
Time for one last journey to school.
Time for one last register.
Time for one last assembly.
Time for one last sit on the benches.
Time for one last wander in the corridors.
Time for one last day, everyone together.
