📸 More snaps from yesterday’s Manchester adventure!

We had a fantastic time exploring Manchester Museum, before heading to Paradise Island Adventure Golf at the Trafford Centre in the evening. ⛳️🌴

Another brilliant day packed with fun, laughter and lots of memories! 💙

We are currently on route to Chester Zoo!

⚽️ Etihad Stadium!

We’ve had a fantastic time at the Etihad Stadium today! The children enjoyed an exciting stadium tour and a workshop all about a day in the life of a footballer.

We visited both the home and away changing rooms, stepped into the press area and got a real behind-the-scenes look at what goes on at one of football’s most iconic stadiums.

All of the children have had a fabulous time and have represented DCS impeccably throughout the day. We are incredibly proud of them! 💙👏⚽️

❄️ Day 1 – Manchester Residential 2026! 🏂

What an amazing first day we’ve had! The children have been absolutely brilliant and have packed so much into Day 1. ❤️

Our first stop was Jodrell Bank, before heading to the Snow Centre where we got stuck into snowboarding! 🏂❄️ There were plenty of thrills as the children flew down the slopes on donuts! 🍩

We then headed to the Trafford Centre for some bowling 🎳 before finally making our way back.

We have also been so proud to have members of the public compliment our school on how well behaved and polite our DCS children ⭐️

Lots of tired children tonight (and staff)

Unfortunately, our Yurt has been broken into again and vandalised.
A symbol typically recognised as a hate symbol has been drawn a number of times inside on the canvas.
We will be installing cameras. If the vandalism continues we will have to remove our Yurt because the cost of repair is becoming too much.
Police have been informed.

One from the archives… we have been sorting out some cupboards in school and came across an old photo album 📸

It’s been lovely taking a trip down memory lane. So many smiles, hairstyles, and memories captured in these photos!
