🌟 An exciting opportunity for our students! 🌟
A huge thank you to Nicola from the Centre for Leadership Performance for visiting Energy Coast UTC to deliver an assembly about the fantastic DREAM Placement opportunity that runs each year.
DREAM Placement offers our students so much more than just work experience. From developing their application-writing skills to learning interview techniques and gaining valuable interview tips, the programme helps prepare them for the next steps in their future careers.
Successful applicants will have the opportunity to take part in work experience during February half term, giving them a valuable insight into the workplace, the chance to build professional networks and the opportunity to develop essential employability skills.
It could even open doors to further opportunities, including apprenticeships and future employment!
A special thank you to our student Melodi, who took the time to stand up in front of her peers and share her first-hand experience of DREAM Placement from last year, explaining the positive impact it had on her and inspiring others to consider applying this year.
Our students are really excited about the opportunity, and we look forward to seeing them take the next steps in developing their skills, confidence and aspirations.
