Thinking about taking on an apprentice? Let’s make it happen.

Finding the right people for your business isn’t always easy. Apprenticeships give you the opportunity to bring in new talent, develop the skills your business needs and build your future workforce.

At Gen2, we work with employers throughout the apprenticeship journey, from helping you understand your options and recruit the right apprentice, through to training and supporting them as they develop.

And with apprenticeship training for eligible 16–24-year-olds now 100% government funded, it’s a great time to think about what an apprentice could bring to your team.

Whether you’re looking to recruit your first apprentice or grow an existing programme, talk to our team.

Class of 2026 Graduation 🎓

We are incredibly proud of our degree students who celebrated their graduation yesterday at Carlisle Cathedral alongside the University of Cumbria.

It was a fantastic occasion to recognise the dedication, commitment and hard work of our students as they graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.

We were also delighted to celebrate the achievements of our students with our Senior Lecturer in Engineering, Graham Whittaker who has supported them throughout their academic journey.

Congratulations to all of our graduates on this outstanding achievement. We wish you every success as you take the next step in your engineering careers and look forward to seeing all that you accomplish in the future 👏
