๐ซItโs back to school this week! ๐ซ
That means itโs the end of the Cumberland Neurodiversity and Emotional Wellbeing Service Social Media Summer Takeover. โน
Thank you so much for having us!
We hope you have found the tips, tricks and resources useful over the last 6 weeks, but we canโt go back without one last share!
Change can be difficult for all of us, and especially so for neurodiverse children/young people or those with emotional wellbeing concerns.
Starting school again is a big change from the fun and routine weโve built up over the summer break.
You can find a wealth of information on our digital offer about choices and change: https://cumberlandfamilyhubs.org.uk/neurodiversity-and-emotional-wellbeing/feelings-and-change/choices-and-change
In particular our resources for parents to help you support your young person with this big moment: https://cumberlandfamilyhubs.org.uk/neurodiversity-and-emotional-wellbeing/feelings-and-change/choices-and-change/resources-parents
We also know that some children and young people can find going to school scary and we have further information and resources available that can help with this.: https://cumberlandfamilyhubs.org.uk/neurodiversity-and-emotional-wellbeing/feelings-and-change/scared-school
As always, you can find our wider digital offer through the Family Hub website and you can get in touch via our enquiry form: https://cumberlandfamilyhubs.org.uk/neurodiversity-and-emotional-wellbeing
โญGood luck to everyone for the first week back; if you went back today or yesterday we hope it went well! โญ
