🎉🎊 GUESS WHOS BACK - MESSY PLAY IS THE BEST WAY - SPLAT IS CALLING ALL MESSY TOTS 🎊🎉

As some of you may know, Splat messy play Cumbria closed at the beginning of 2017, due to very personal reasons. This was a decision that was made after unfortunately having to cancel and change many sessions at short notice. After a rollercoaster journey over the past eight months I am now looking to draw a line over that tough time, to reopen, meet new friends & create special relationships with some of splats messy tots 🤩

I will be re-opening splat alone
I would like to wish Sophie all the best in the near future as she is due her own baby 👶🏼
Who of course will be joining us when he/she becomes of age! 👶🏼🙈

Splat messy play provides weekly messy & sensory experiences for babies and toddlers aged 6 months - 4 years*
Each week a new theme is provided with different activities which fall into :

- Wet play
- Dry play
- Play dough
- Craft
- Paint

Splat messy play is a baby and adult led session with some structure and some free play allowing children to develop using imagination, learning through play I believe is an important part of early childhood. Splat is not a typical Playgroup with the usual “clicks” we all find our aniexty sky high within. Being a young parent myself I know how difficult some new parents find attending these. (Although I do support local Playgroup’s and have enjoyed many, I understand they aren’t for everyone)

What this post is mainly about is...

Do you have a baby or toddler within the age range? Would you like something to look forward to and attend each week?
Would you like to create friendships and memories within splat messy play for both yourself and your child? If so. Please could you comment the area you would be interested in. Tag your friends and share our page.

Splat Messy Play Cumbria will be no more.
Not until my baby boy is older & I can return to work with myself running each & every session. Massive thank you to all staff & parents & of course our messy tots for supporting us. It's been a stressful but enjoyable experience.

Refunds will be sent as soon as possible.
To speed up the process if you are due a refund please message us your PayPal address only (saves us going through everyone on our booking system which we are doing but may take time)

Splat Messy Play Cumbria is completely overwhelmed by all the photographs, nice comments, support & help we have received from everyone since announcing our closure. This has made us think deeply into the decision and we are willing to give Splat One last try. We are going to ask for the support of both other local businesses & the community to help us move forward and hopefully continue providing both children & parents a time to socialise, spend quality time together & enjoy Sensory & Messy fun.

We have decided that sessions will be running on a weekly term - to - term basis.
All start dates are on our booking system.

Mondays -
Barrow, St Aidens Church
1pm - 2pm
*Five week term, £27.50pc £17.50ps*

Tuesdays -
Kirkby Stephens, Platform 3
(Stay&Play FREE)
10.45am - 11.45am
*Five week term, £27.50pc £17.50ps*

Wednesday -
Kendal, Parish Church
SPLAT 11am - 12noon
SPLAT MINIS 1pm - 2pm
*Trial to see if the term will work or if we close the area completely £5.50pc*

Fridays -
Workington, Planet Play
(Stay&PlayFREE)
SPLAT
11am - 12noon
*Four week term, £22pc £14ps*
SPLAT MINIS (UNDER 13 MONTHS SENSORY PLAY)
1pm - 2pm
*Week 3 is this week although joining is welcome for the last three sessions which could give you and your child an idea if you would like us to continue long term.
