40 years ago, Master Chi Xueyuan (1945 - 2023) showcased a portion of the advanced Seven Star Mantis Six Harmonies stick form during the Chinese government’s National Martial Arts Excavation Project.
This form was originally passed down by Great-Grandmaster Wang Yunsheng, who learnt it from Zhang the Silversmith. Wang Yunsheng later refined and perfected it under the guidance of Yang Jingtang.
