The Elgar School of Music continues its legacy of inspiring local talent, celebrating over 40 years as Worcester’s dedicated home for musical education!

Founded in 1983, this independent non-profit music school right in the heart of the city has welcomed generations of students of all ages and abilities... from toddlers starting out, to aspiring professionals preparing for diplomas.

As the school looks back on decades of musical achievement and ahead to new ensemble groups and concert series, we’re taking a closer look at what makes this city centre gem so special.
