Thank you TG Jones for inviting us to deliver a handwriting workshop last month. Surrounded by their fantastic range of quality stationery, I taught customers just how important good writing tools really are. The right pen, a well‑balanced pencil, and a quality handwriting book, those small details make a huge difference.

It was wonderful to support the children and adults who came along to the workshop. I never tire of those “my writing looks better already!” moments, they’re the highlight of every workshop and a reminder of how quickly handwriting can improve with the right guidance and the right tools.

A big thank you to TG Jones for hosting a great day. Here’s to great stationery and confident handwriting, the perfect partnership!

Handwriting isn’t an add-on. It’s a foundational skill.

When handwriting is taught with clear purpose and progression, it lays the groundwork for confident writing, sustained focus and long-term literacy success.

Across schools, we consistently see that strong handwriting teaching supports far more than neat presentation. It shapes how children think, organise ideas and express themselves in writing.

Secure the foundation early, and children are better equipped to succeed across the curriculum.
