Heading in to the weekend with some fire and some chemistry (unrelated)

The final morning of the Residential Biology Field Trip. Lots of fun fishing with a Seine net. The week was really fabulous all round. Lots of the students giving it 10/10. Many thanks to Helen and Rory from Field Studies Council - Dale Fort for making the week so special :)

The penultimate day of the Residential Biology Field Course saw students working on their data. In the afternoon we did a beach clean and then each of us had a deserved ice cream. Scenes from the beach clean and more butterflies courtesy of Bec our fabulous technician :)

It's fabulous to see the successes of our graduates.

Tomorrow, Balance Cafe & Yoga officially turn 1!

We can't quite believe it has already been twelve months since founder Belle opened the doors to this multi-floor sanctuary on New Street, creating a dedicated home for wellness in the heart of Worcester.

From nourishing organic acai bowls and matcha lattes in the ground-floor cafe, to restorative yoga upstairs and healing holistic treatments on the top floor, they have truly brought the perfect dose of balance to our city centre.

As they prepare to blow out their first candle tomorrow, we’re looking back at their first year, the journey, and how they built a thriving wellness community under one roof.
