👩🏻🎤 We love to hear your voice! 🎶
A TinyTalk class is a safe space to set your voice free! No judgements from me or other parents, and DEFINITELY no judgements from your baby! In fact, babies love to hear your voice, even if you have to repeat the same words over and over because you've forgotten that extra verse. Even if you're singing out of tune. It's SO good for you and your baby!

Here at TinyTalk, we LOVE bubbles! But what's so special about them?
🫧 Bubbles! 🫧
I love the sessions where we use bubbles for the sensory activity! They're great fun and calming, but they are so much more.
👀 Eye development. The bubbles' unpredictable movements provide an opportunity for babies' eyes to develop the muscles for tracking and focusing on objects.
👋 Motor skills. Babies and toddlers that can already clap and point can work on their hand-eye co-ordination by popping the bubbles. If your baby can't yet clap or point, you can mould their hands into these shapes and actions to help them pop the bubbles!
🗣️ Vocabulary. Playing with bubbles is a good opportunity to talk to your baby. Describe what you see. Are the bubbles going slow, fast, or round and round? Are there big bubbles, or small bubbles? What noise do they make? Pop! Woooo! Wheee!
🧠 Concentration. It's normal for babies to have a short attention span, but practicing focusing on an activity is good for their brains. The bubbles' unpredictable movements and sudden popping are sure to capture your baby's attention and keep them focused for a little while!

Friday Fun! Can you name the sign?
🥳 50 signs for Flora!! Flora has been signing *again* to ask for more songs and games when she's playing at home. Mummy said it looks similar to the sign for *socks* but Flora pairs *again* with a "g" speech sound - a perfect example of how context is important, and how speech and signing work together! Fabulous, Flora, *well done*!
