Rushwick Pre-School

Applications for school places in Worcestershire for September 2027 are now open.

Parents and carers should apply if their child is due to start school for the first time, or is transferring to a Middle or High School, in September 2027. The deadline for High School applications is 31 October 2026, while the deadline for Primary, First, Infant, Junior and Middle School applications is 15 January 2027.

When making your three preferences, we strong encourage you include your catchment school as one of your choices. This helps ensure you have the best chance of securing a place at a local school if you are not offered one of your other preferred schools.

Guidance on starting school and moving on to the next stage of education is available at www.worcestershire.gov.uk/schooladmissions.

As another wonderful pre-school year comes to an end, we'd like to take a moment to reflect on what an incredible year it has been 💙

From muddy puddle jumping, messy play, learning and laughter and so many special memories. It has been a year full of smiles, friendships and achievements and every day has brought something new. We feel so incredibly lucky to have been a part of each child's journey.

To our amazing school leavers, we are so proud of everything each and every one of you has achieved this year. You have grown in confidence, curiosity and independence, and we know you are now more than ready for your next adventure at primary school. We wish you all every success and happiness as you begin this exciting new chapter!

To all of our children who will be returning to us in September, we can't wait to welcome you back for another year of fun, learning and new adventures together.

Thank you to all of our wonderful families for your trust, kindness and continued support throughout the year. We truly couldn't do it without you all.

From all of us at Rushwick Pre-School, thank you for a truly memorable year 🌟🩵
