Very smart 14.3 Welsh sec D, 7yo black gelding.

Sam was bought last year as an all rounder for a teenage girl who is needing to build her confidence back up. Being a typical welsh Sam is not suitable for her. He was also very green but has been on schooling and is showing some promising work.

He loves his jumping and is very brave, jumping all coloured fences that we have asked him too, fillers, water trays, barrels etc. He went cross country schooling for the first time last week and was extremely bold, nothing phased him.

Sam needs an experienced rider to further his education. His main downside is that he can nap. He will hack in company but is nappy when he is alone.

Easy to do on the ground in all ways, Farrier, clip, catch etc. A horse that loves all of the attention that he can get.

He passed a 2 stage vetting in August last year.

One of the most genuine ponies I have come across in a long time. Suitable for any ability rider. Will happily plod around with a novice or give you more if you want it. A fun, safe allrounder. Works well on the flat, enjoys his jumping, always ridden in a snaffle. Great to hack alone and in company.

I highly rate this pony and have been in no rush to sell him as he had been perfect for my apprentice to do all of her course work on as he is so straight forward.

100% to clip, box, shoe, catch etc. No vices. Very easy to do on the ground.

Only fault I can give him is that he has a small mark on his neck where it looks like he has had a sarcoid but nothing which has appeared in the last 6 months.

Would love to find the perfect home for this pony, I’m sure the first person will fall in love. He really deserves it.

Lennie was on schooling livery with me last summer with the aim of doing some eventing this year. Due to change of circumstances for the owner, he was left with me to cover livery debt.

Hacks alone and in company and always in a snaffle. Loves his jumping, I took him out various of times showjumping. He was also proving very bold cross country. I used to have great fun on him and I’m sure he will not take much time to get back going again.
I am selling him cheap now as he is not in full work. He still has it all there but needs some fitness work first.

👋🏼 👋🏼 Finally a well overdue Facebook status... not the most exciting start to the year with a broken collar bone taking its time to heal. With the help of Becky Miller and Ellie Vick things have been kept going smoothly.
Matty has found a lovely home, snapped up before even getting on the market. Some having an unplanned holiday to keep the work load down. A couple coming up for sale tomorrow so keep an eye out! 👀
Lastly, a big thank you to Ellie for all of her help over the last 12month. Best apprentice that I could have asked for and she flew it with flying colours 👏😘

Very easy to do, good to shoe, box, catch etc. However she does have to be sedated to be clipped.

Someone took advantage of the rain 🤦🏼‍♀️ both sides too!

Not quite the result I was hoping for today at Offchurch UA.
Pleasing start with Majors dressage, much improvement again for a 30.5 which put us into 4th in his section. Perfect timing for the driving rain too but for once he was very well behaved! Annoyingly there was a loose horse running very close to the showjumping just as we were going round and Major being nappy spotted it and decided to slam the brakes on and spin round, just as we were about to take off for fence 3. Resulted in me on the floor 🤦🏼‍♀️ was able to continue and jump a lovely clear other then that! However, he had then learnt his new party trick, wasting about 20 seconds at the start of the cross country rearing refusing to even start I decided to go for a steady, educational round which sadly ended in elimination.

Jasmine a little more tense today but a fairly good test for a 31.5 Jumped a lovely clear Showjumping but a green moment cross country meant we didn’t finish the round.

Fingers crossed for a better day at Calmsden tomorrow 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Very kind, laid back temperament. Came out of racing earlier this year as it just wasn’t the job for him and has started to be retrained. He is a quiet, straight forward ride. Working well on the flat and loves jumping with plenty of scope! He is not strong or silly in any way, great to hack out alone and in company. A pleasure to do in all ways, he is a dope on a rope to handle! Will make someone a lovely riding horse.
