And that’s a wrap … 2024 Nativity Play and concert was fabulous.
The Donkey listened so carefully to the instruction to walk ‘slowly’ down the aisle, so much so that “Little Donkey” had to be played twice! Everyone acted their part to perfection from the adorable goats and oxen in the stable to the camels who followed the Star and escorted the Three Kings to Bethlehem. The host of angels sparkled spectacularly, the shepherds looked after the lambs on the hillside and the Inn Keepers gave excellent directions for Mary and Joseph to the stable where Mary did an outstanding job of placing the Baby Jesus into the manger. We then continued the morning with a LOUD and joyous concert where we had everything from Dancing Christmas Puddings to Forty Father Christmases getting stuck in the chimney! Well done to all our two, three and four year olds. We are now looking forward to our end of term party on Friday 🥳
