CLIENT TRANSFORMATION🤩 Can we just appreciate the difference in her arms and waist🔥 I am so proud of this lovely lady, she has been smashing it recently with her nutrition and training, despite the fact she struggles with a gluten intolerance. She has not only made physical changes, but also mental where she is liking what she see’s in the mirror now! She has been hitting PB’s weekly, I cannot wait to see what else she can achieve 🤩💪🏼🥰

4 months of hard work, dedication and consistency💪🏼

Extremely proud of this lady, despite going on two holidays, festivals and weekends away in this period, she has managed to drop 9kg and loose significant inches around her waist🤩 Communication is key when working with a coach, so you can come up with a strategy to work around it and still achieve your goals! Let’s see what another 4 months can bring💪🏼

LUNCHES 🍴This always seems like the most difficult meal for clients. The most simple way to stick to your goal is by meal prepping the night before and aiming to bulk the meal out with lots of voluminous fruit and vegetables 🥕 You should also aim for an average of 30g of protein per serving as this will help you feel fuller for longer and contribute to muscle growth 💪🏼 Give this recipe a try out of the recipe book provided 🙌🏼

Progress takes time and discipline, nothing is given to you without working for it. Alex does check ins every week, keeps her protein high and trains 3/4 days a week despite her early mornings and late nights! Very proud 🙌🏼
