Welcome to Baek Ho (White Tiger) a Haidong Gumdo® Korean Sword Martial Art Dojang in Worcester, Worcestershire

Haidong Gumdo® is an elegant and powerful Korean sword martial art. The syllabus is structured and designed to gradually develop the practitioner's skills and ability with the sword, one step at a time, from total novice through to black belt. Haidong Gumdo® training can help with everyday social interaction by increasing students confidence, self-awareness and respect to one another. A true family martial art that can be practiced and enjoyed by members of the entire family!

Last week we had some grading presentations for the hard work and effort of the students of Baek Ho Dojang UK.

Taking their next steps on their Haidong Gumdo journey and yes, still training in the heatwave, but safely and staying hydrated!

Rhodri was presented with his Dobok this week at Baek Ho Dojang, and we have to all agree he certainly looked the part!

On Wednesday we had a grading at Baek Ho, results will be posted soon but it is worth saying that everyone worked hard!
