Children’s Yoga and Yoga Flow with this beautiful lady 💛💛💛. New classes start tomorrow. I am very excited that Emma will be taking over the gorgeous children’s classes at Vida Haus and will also be starting a new lovely yoga flow with some chilled out tunes 🧘‍♀️
